Nature-Based Wellness Mentoring
Healing change takes place over time. One to one mentorship sessions involve natural somatic and non- prescriptive approaches to well being. We work together to cultivate your natural rhythms and authentic gifts. We utilize practices like nature connection, breath work and meditation, and expressive arts. These practices connect us to the a deeper experience of self and allow opportunities for insight, healing, and growth.
