Warmth and Stories

Happy summer solstice to all. As we celebrate this beautiful time of year and celebrate the bounty, blessings, warmth, and growth the sun brings I find myself thinking about how each of us has a story and many stories within us we long to tell. The question to ask ourselves is this. What is the story I am telling, the story I am communicating through my patterns and actions? What is the story I want others to know?

When we can identify this story and express it where we are deeply heard and seen there is a release, a freeing of ourselves, our energy, and time. We can open up the possibilites of how do I want to spend my days, my time?

As we celebrate and express gratitude for the sunshine and the mother earth today, may we dance and express our stories and invite in space for new ways of relating and being that bring create more peace and freeing for all.

This is a sacred, special time. Make sure to bring intention and wisdom to all we do today and around the time of the solstice.
