Somatic Movement & Art

We work with movement, sound, and oil pastel drawing to bring forth images within. We work through emotions, gain insight and compassion, and share in safe space. 

Yoga and Meditation

We work with breath, gentle movement, mantra, and sitting meditation to restore the nervous system, gain clarity and insight.

Benefits: nervous system restoration, grounded decision making, returning home to self, increased connection to nature, move through stagnant energy, feel and process emotions, deepen your connection to your own energy.
